OFFICIAL RULES – “Fit Space with Ecocur” Giveaway

1. Purpose, Organizer, and Acceptance

• Purpose of the Giveaway: To promote Ecocur's products and services by giving away recycled rubber tiles and installation so that one lucky winner can create their own fitness space.
• Organizer: Goseba S.A., doing business as Ecocur. Its registered address is Ruta Internacional Falcón – Clorinda, Vice Pte. Sánchez Km 4.2, Chaco’i, Villa Hayes – Paraguay.
• Acceptance: Participation in this giveaway constitutes full and complete acceptance of all the rules and conditions set forth herein.

1. Duration and Territorial Scope

• Duration: The giveaway will run from the time it is published until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
• Territorial Scope: Valid only for residents of Asunción or the Central Department of Paraguay.

1. Eligibility and How to Enter

The giveaway is open to all individuals 18 years of age or older who meet the residency requirements and follow these steps exactly on the giveaway post (https://www.instagram.com/p/DRwxDfbimH0/):

1. Follow the official Ecocur social media account: @ecocurpy.
2. Tag two (2) friends in the comments on the post.
3. MANDATORY CONDITION: Both (2) tagged accounts must also follow the @ecocurpy account at the time of the drawing.

• Exclusions: Employees of Goseba S.A. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Clarification: Entries that do not meet the follow requirement for both the participant and the tagged accounts will not be considered valid.

1. Prize

A single prize will be awarded to one winner and includes:

• ECOCUR Tiles: Enough recycled rubber tiles to cover an area of 10 to 15 square meters (m²), ideal for a home gym or fitness space.
• Installation Included: Installation of the tiles at the winner's location (within Asunción or the Central Department).
• Mini Content Session: A (non-professional) photo and video session of the finished installation, for use by the brand and the winner.
• Prize Conditions: The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for other Ecocur products or services.

1. 🥇 Winner Selection, Announcement, and Prize Delivery

• Drawing Date: The winner will be selected on Friday, December 19, 2025.
• Selection Method: The winner will be selected at random using a digital platform or tool that ensures a transparent process. One (1) winner and two (2) alternates will be chosen.
• Announcement and Contact: The winner's name will be announced on Ecocur's social media channels.
• Verification: The selected winner will be contacted by direct message to verify compliance with the three entry requirements (following the account, tagging 2 friends, and the tagged friends following the account) and the residency condition.
• Response Deadline: The winner will have 48 hours to respond and accept the prize.
• Alternate Selection: If the original winner does not respond, does not meet the requirements, or declines the prize within the stated time frame, the first alternate will be contacted, and so on.
• Installation Scheduling: Once the winner has been verified, Ecocur will get in touch to coordinate logistics and installation. The installation will be scheduled and completed within 15 to 21 days after the drawing date.

1. Data Protection and Image Rights

• By participating, the winner agrees that their name and, in the case of the mini content session, the images and videos of the installed space may be used by Ecocur for promotional and advertising purposes related to this giveaway and its products, without any right to additional compensation.
